Brick Villa Completed

Our villa in a garden site on a lane in Dublin City is now fully completed. The design optimised the orientation of the site to harness solar energy passively by having small openings to the northern side and by opening up to the south-facing garden. An array of photo-voltaic panels on the roof generates electricity to charge the cars that are plugged into the northern wall. The internal layout creates a site of interconnected rooms for family living opening onto the garden.
