St Teresa’s new floor granted planning permission

October 29th, 2016

St Teresa’s is one of the oldest and busiest churches in Dublin city centre. The aisles were covered with a synthetic flooring several decades ago and this needs to be replaced. We have taken this opportunity to change the floor finish to stone in keeping with other parts of the church. We are also taking the opportunity to reorganise the areas around the altar to suit current needs.

As the church is a protected structure we obtained planning permission from Dublin City Council for these changes. The stone is currently being quarried in Bergamo and will come to site early in the new year.
